Author’s note: This over-the-top alpha goes to some extreme lengths to make sure his little retro future bride doesn’t give him the slip a second time. His methods may be less than legal, but he’s full-on focused on the end game. Getting her in his bed, tied to him in every way possible before she can even think of slipping away. Safe, no cheating ever and a happily ever after at the speed of light.

A minha opinião: Tor é um advogado de divórcios que não acredita no amor e tem problemas de raiva. Obrigado pela família a ir a um encontro arranjado, mal pode esperar por que acabe. Até bater com os olhos em Natalie, também ela num encontro a correr mal. Ele imediatamente decide que ela é A mulher para ele e não descansa enquanto não a convence disso mesmo.

A história é divertida, mas começo a ter pouca paciência para estes heróis neandertais que veem uma mulher e imediatamente decidem que têm de a ter, e só falta darem-lhe a pancada na cabeça e arrastá-la para a caverna... (A não ser que sejam heróis paranormais. Aí tudo bem.) E é isso que se passa aqui.
