A minha opinião: Gostei bastante mais de Naked Heat do que de Heat Wave. Talvez porque as personagens estejam cada vez mais desenvolvidas, mas talvez também pelo caso em si que achei mais interessante do que o primeiro.
Mais uma vez a vítima parece ser odiada por todos e, por isso mesmo, todos têm motivos para a querer morta. Afinal, Cassidy Towne era a colunista de cusquices com a língua mais afiada de Nova Iorque. E ao longo da investigação, Heat e Rook descobrem vários podres das celebridades da cidade. Mas qual delas seria capaz de matar para proteger o seu segredo?
A relação entre Heat e Rook também se solidifica neste segundo livro, embora a provocação mútua continue.
