It's not very easy for me to squeeze in extra reading time during Bout of Books because I'm usually working during it, but I do try to read during my lunch hour and I also read more at night instead of watching tv. Also I've realized I read faster on my kindle so I try to pick ebooks to read during Bout of Books.
